Diesel technology

Each diesel engine has a diesel injection system. Whether historically, in the form of a mechanically controlled injection pump or a state-of-the-art common rail pump with the associated injectors and sensors.

We understand the system structure, the function and know what needs to be done if faults occur in the engine operation due to the injection system.
Our specially trained personnel in this area perform a targeted diagnosis on the injection system and can then locate and rectify the fault by using suitable measuring and testing tools.

We offer diagnosis and repair on site or at our factory. However, a costly repair is usually followed by an inspection of the repaired injection components and this is only possible in our factory. A solution achieved through replacement components is of course also possible on site at any time. Please contact our specialist staff for further information. Our specialists will be happy to advise you and work out a realistic solution with you.

If you do not need any help with the diagnosis, since you have already localized the error, we will be pleased to offer you the suitable product from our selected stock program. If we do not keep the product you are looking for in stock, we will be happy to provide you with a non-binding and economic offer for repair or overhaul. We guarantee the shortest possible lead times and a fast and safe handling during transport.
