Machining

The following metal-cutting methods are deployed for processing of engine components in the scope of overhauling:

• Milling
• Turning
• Line Boring
• Drilling
• Honing
• Grinding

In addition, all engine assemblies and components are available as independent products of the machining department and also individually on an exchange basis. These, amongst others, are:

• Cylinder heads of all type series of our standard engine manufacturers
• MAN-4V-cylinder heads with injector guard column
• Overhauled EGR modules for MAN Euro3 engines
• Completely overhauled cylinder crankcases
• Ground camshafts
• Rebuilt piston rods
